Postage Details:

• We are based in Singapore.
• Non-bulky item = small/light/less item.
• Bulky item = big/heavy/more item(s).

1. Buyer is to bear all postage/courier fee to all items for shipping.

2. Buyer can choose between Normal Mail or courier shipping for non-bulky/bulky items.

3. Normal mail (Local):

• Normal mail fee for non-bulky items varies from $2.50.
• *Items larger than A4 size is unavailable for normal mail due to size limit.

4. Courier delivery (Local):

• Courier shipping fee for non-bulky items: from $5-$6.
• Courier shipping fee for bulky/larger/heavy items: from $7 & above. Price vary from different size and weight.

5. All postage/courier fee stated is for 1 quantity only. Additional postage/courier fee subsequent weight/quantity add-on.

6. Both Normal mail & courier shipping inclusive of postage/courier fee + handing fee + bubble wrapping.

7. Item(s) will only be shipped out within the next 2-3 working days after payment is received.

8. Postage/courier delivery time range (Local):

• *Please take note that once item(s) is/are mailed out, it will only reach buyer in 3-7 working days.
• *If there is any delay with post office process, it might only reach buyer after 1 or 2 weeks.
• *Post office is closed from Saturday afternoon onwards till Monday. Post office is closed on Sunday and Public holidays. Hence, we do not send mails on these days.
• *For courier delivery, it will take around 2-5 working days.

9. For overseas shipping, please email the items you are interested, to Lain at lainlainplushieparadise@gmail.com and we will check the shipping fees for you.

10. For overseas courier shipping, please choose either service:

• DHL (fees is steep but faster, reach in 3-7days.) not available at the moment. but can be request.
• FedEx (fees is steep but faster, reach in 3-7days) not available at the moment. but can be request.
• Speedpost (most preferred shipping, fees slightly steep. delivery time depends on which country.)
• Singapore Post registered (fees is cheaper but slower, reach around 30days if no delay.)
• ^ Shipping above are trackable. *We are sorry that we do not offer normal mail for overseas buyer, as this is to ensure the items will reach buyer safely.
• Other courier services. Depends on availability. 

11. *Free normal mail is solely within local Singapore, not eligible for overseas. This only apply for items that stated with *Normal mail: FREE!*.

12. *SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL!*

13. *SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEM(S) DAMAGE CAUSED IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING BY POSTMAN or POST OFFICE or COURIER DELIVERY!*
