Step 1:

• Find the product you want or wish to purchase.

Step 2:

• Read through the Terms & Conditions, Self-Collection, Shipping & Handling, Payment Methods.

Step 3:

• Once done, proceed to fill in the Order Form and click submit.
• You may wish to clear any doubts before placing your order, by email us at lainlainplushieparadise@gmail.com .

Step 4:

• Wait for our confirmation email invoice/reply.
• We will reply within 48 hours.
• If you did not receive any email or reply after 48 hours, please do send us another Order Form or email us at lainlainplushieparadise@gmail.com .

Step 5:

• After you have received our confirmation email invoice with instructions, please proceed to make your payment with your preferred payment methods as stated.
• For self-collection by cash payment, we will send you an SMS or whatsapp for confirmation or further discussion.

Step 6:

• Once you have made your payment, please send us back an email to inform us of your:
  > Full mailing address,
  > Date & Time of payment,
  > By which payment method(include nickname if any) &
  > Payment reference number 
• We will keep you inform once payment confirmed and will ship out your item(s) within the next 2-3 working days.
